task IVA Design Director company IVA2D3D concept IVA developed a typographic ‘dyslectic’ seating concept, in which she went back to the most elementary form of a chair, a segment that clearly visualises a block shape of a ‘b’ or ‘d’. (As a reaction on the organic shaped dyslectic font). To keep these two letter forms apart, she works with materials that have two different sides and which are sustainable. The specific letter shape will be determined by using the flexibility, strength and texture of the material and the required processing process.
